The Expiring/Expired Certificates by Users report helps you manage and track certifications for your technicians and other users, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.

Use this report to:

  • Identify users with expiring or expired certificates.

  • Track the issuance and expiration dates of certifications.

  • Monitor compliance with certification requirements.

Getting Started

Filters

Filters are located above the main report area. Use them in any order.

Default

Expiration Date

Filters within a specific date range.

NOTE  Refer to Limitations article for date selection.

Last month

User

Filters by the name of the certificate holder.

All

Certificate

Filters by the specific certificate type.

All

Report Structure

This report details certificate information for users, including when certificates were obtained, expired, and their status.

Fields

Field

Description

User

The name of the employee or user holding the certificate.

Certificate

The name or type of the certificate.

Expired Date

The date the certificate is set to expire.

Acquired Date

The date the certificate was issued.

Expiration Date Flag

Indicates the status of the certificate (e.g., "Expiring in 30 days", "Expired certificate", "Active" and "N/A").

Common Tasks

  • Identify all expired certificates, sort by "Expiration Date Flag".

  • Review upcoming certificate expirations, filter by "Expiration Date Flag" to "Expiring in 30 days", "Expired certificate", "Active" or "N/A."

  • Check a specific user's certifications, filter by "User."
